An expressed cAMP fluorescent biosensor (cADDis, Montana Molecular) is kinetically monitored in live cells to characterize the cAMP-dependent signaling pathway following G protein coupled receptor (GPCR) activation. Dual in-line dispense tips and rapid image capture rates support sequential addition of Gs- and Gi-coupled receptor agonists for detailed analysis of cAMP signaling events.
