SNP genotyping is the measurement of genetic variations of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) between members of a species. Microplate-based assays are available to study SNPs when a large number of samples are available. This sample file shows data obtained when running the patented KASP SNP genotyping system from KBioscience in a 1536 well microplate on a Synergy H4.
