This file shows how to use Gen5 to automate the following tasks:

  1. Measure nucleic acid samples in a microplate at 260 and 280 nm
  2. Measure the samples‘ pathlength to convert each well of the plate to its 1 cm equivalent
  3. Calculate dsDNA concentration based on the 260 nm corrected measurement
  4. Calculate the 260/280 ratio and interpret this result
