  The BioTek Global Technical Support Center (GTS) is your Help Desk for all questions related to BioTek product use, maintenance, troubleshooting support and other frequently asked questions. Normal GTS hours are weekdays from 8:30 A.M. - 5:30 P.M Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays.
