August 8, 2016

BioTek Instruments will be recognized as a 2016 Vermont Business Growth Award winner in the Technology category at a ceremony to be held September 12, 2016 at the Hilton Burlington hotel, in Burlington, Vermont. This annual award, formerly known as the 5x5x5 Growth Award, is sponsored by Vermont Business Magazine and KeyBank, and is presented to the five fastest growing businesses in five categories over the last five years in Vermont.

“This is the fifth time that BioTek has been honored with this award, and it is no surprise,” commented John Boutin, Publisher of Vermont Business Magazine. “BioTek consistently demonstrates successful innovation and opportunity within Vermont, and leads the way for other technology companies to follow.”

BioTek’s President and CEO, Briar Alpert added, “We’re proud to export products, not jobs; and indeed, with the new expansion of our facilities underway, we are setting the stage for our next phase of growth right here in Vermont.”
