Prior to sending your instrument to BioTek, access the Customer Resource Center to submit a Service Request for a Return Material Authorization (RMA), or contact the Technical Assistance Center via the information below:

Preventative Maintenance

Preventative Maintenance ensures each product released through BioTek's Service Center meets factory performance specifications. Any product updates that have occurred will be performed, including updating the assay and base codes. A certificate provides evidence of traceable to appropriate standards and complies with the ANSI/NCSL requirements for calibration laboratories, Z540-1, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
Repair Service

BioTek's Service Center provides repair services for BioTek products. Each repaired instrument is thoroughly tested to ensure that it meets factory performance specifications.
Test Plate Certification
 |
Test Plates are analyzed dimensionally and optically to ensure they meet BioTek specifications.
Service Contracts
 |
Accurately budget your service costs by utilizing BioTek's Service Contract program. After expiration of the initial warranty, a Service Contract provides the following benefits:
- One complete preventative maintenance service each year
- Complementary design improvement updates
- Repair service (parts and labor) performed at no cost by factory technicians
