The BioTek Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is your Help Desk for all BioTek products. TAC Engineers provide assistance with use and maintenance, troubleshooting support and frequently asked questions. TAC hours are 8:30 am - 5:30 pm EST. After hours emergency support is available from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm EST via an answering service and on-call service engineer.

Applications Support

BioTek's fully equipped Application Laboratory provides on-staff scientists with the means to assist with your most difficult applications. The primary focus of our scientists is to help with the integration of our instrumentation and software with your unique scientific applications.
