Boasting rugged hardware, proven optical performance and a small footprint, PowerWave™ HT Microplate Spectrophotometers break the barrier of traditional spectrophotometry to obtain results quickly, accurately and reliably. PowerWave™ HT Microplate Spectrophotometers can easily read up to eight, 1 cm BioCell™ cuvettes for standard spectrophotometer applications. Whether used as a stand-alone or in an automated system, PowerWave™ HT Microplate Spectrophotometers provide flexibility for multiple applications.

µQuant™ Universal
The µQuant™ microplate spectrophotometer merges the throughput, speed and convenience of microplate formats with the performance of a spectrophotometer. With this advanced microplate spectrophotometer, your laboratory can now perform conventional EIAs at virtually any wavelength, quantitate nucleic acids in the low UV range, or automatically run spectral scans for peak absorbance measurements without using filters. With the patented Bio-Cell™ accessory, conventional 1 cm measurements can be accomplished.
µQuant™ Universal Microplate Spectrophotometers are innovative microplate readers with a high-powered xenon flash lamp, tunable monochromator and low UV capability. µQuant™ Universal Microplate Spectrophotometers read 6-, 12-, 24-, 48-, 96-, and 384-well microplates or 1 cm Bio-Cells. Pre-programmed software addresses a wide variety of applications including nucleic acid quantitation, A260/A280 ratios, pathlength correction, protein analysis, basic ELISAs, and much more.
