Epoch™ Microplate Spectrophotometer

The Epoch Microplate Spectrophotometer merges the throughput, speed and convenience of microplate formats with the performance of a spectrophotometer. With this advanced microplate spectrophotometer, your laboratory can now quantitate nucleic acids in the low UV range, or automatically run spectral scans for peak absorbance measurements without using filters, and perform conventional EIAs at virtually any wavelength. With the Take3 Multi-Volume Plate, very low volume (2 µL) measurements can be made, as well as 1 cm BioCell and cuvette measurements.

The Epoch Microplate Spectrophotometer is an innovative microplate reader with a high-powered xenon flash lamp, tunable monochromator and low UV capability. Epoch Microplate Spectrophotometers can read 6-, 12-, 24-, 48-, 96-, and 384-well microplates or can read low volume samples in  the unique Take3 Plate. Powerful Gen5™ Data Analysis Software provides for quick A260/A280 ratios, pathlength correction, protein analysis, basic ELISAs, and much more.
