Cell viability/cytotoxicity assays such as LIVE/DEAD, which utilizes calcein AM and ethidium homodimer to assess the ratio of live to dead cells respectively, can be run. Apoptosis, can be assessed using JC-1 to monitor mitochondria membrane potential. Using top and bottom probe reading in conjunction with FluorBlockTM plates cell migration assays can be performed.
